The Goochland Chamber of Commerce invites you to a Business After Hours Social at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 1484 Hockett Road in Manakin Sabot on Thursday, October 30th, from 5:30-7:30pm. Please come by and meet Reverend John Maher (who you may remember from the Blessing of the Animals at the market) and members of St. Francis Church. Please join us for this fun local event!
We're partnering with the Goochland County Parks & Rec Department during the Winter/Spring Quarter in 2015, so watch for our upcoming announcement (we have over 20 new classes scheduled)! We have a couple of classes coming up soon in the kitchen, though. Our "Potager's Journey" 12-Month Soup Series begins on Monday, November 10th. We also have a Soap Making Class scheduled for Sunday, November 16th. Space is limited for these classes, so sign up fast! Click here to register for classes. Got an idea for a food product that you'd like to take to market, but don't know where to start? Or - maybe you'd like to teach a class in the kitchen! Give us a call...we can help turn your dreams into reality! If you are interested in renting the kitchen facility by the hour, visit the Cook 'N Nook website or our Facebook page for details, or email the Kitchen Manager.
