Bella Grove is...Farm-Kitchen-Studio. In a nut-shell, true diversified mini-farming. We grow, make and create all our products with gusto!

Delicious Bella Grove Apple Butter!
Fresh seasonal herbs and produce are grown by us, sold directly to customers, and/or used in our own secondary products..such as baked goods. Produce is grown from seed (usually previously saved by us) and come from open-pollinated, non-GMO strands. Although not certified organic, I grow naturally, organically, and through good growing practices and IPM am able to do so without the use of harmful chemicals. Our free-range chickens are raised on a primarily natural diet through foraging, with supplemented feed comprised of grain only, containing no animal products. Other ingredients used that we do not produce ourselves are from other local farm friends whenever possible, exceptions being things like flour, sugar, etc. Those items are purchased in bulk.

Come and meet Bella Grove owner Toni Gregory and get your Grove on!

American Meat is a pro-farmer look at chicken, hog and cattle production in America.

Beginning with a history of our current industrial system, the feedlots and confinement operations are unveiled, not through hidden cameras, but through the eyes of the farmers who live and work there. From there, the story shifts to Polyface Farms, where the Salatin family has developed an alternative agricultural model based on rotational grazing and local distribution. Nationwide, a local-food movement of farmers, chefs, and everyday people has taken root... But could it ever feed us all?

Here's a sneak peak.  Hope to see you there Monday night!
