Vendor Spotlight!
Night Sky Farm is a Grade A Dairy and Cheese Room and a manufacturer of premier artisan goat cheeses using the milk from their own dairy goats. The cheese room produces a goat feta, fresh pressed farmhouse cheddar and several varieties of chevre, a semi-soft spreadable cheese. Night Sky also lovingly makes their own Artisan Goat & Cow Cheese and Butter, as well as Goat Milk Soap, Lip Balm and Eco-Friendly Laundry Soap.
Night Sky Farm is located in picturesque central Virginia, part of a rural, agriculturally based community. Most all of what is used in the making of their farmstead cheese comes from either their farm or from the local area. Through this, they try to keep our money at home where it is needed, supporting the local economy. The goal of this enterprise is to promote a safe and healthy local product, at the same time be good stewards of the farm and it's resources; the land, the animals and our community.
